friends

I consider it a great joy to count the many friends that I have in my life. There are people who have come into my life for a short amount of time and there are friends that will be in my life forever. There are friends who are always there to listen and there are friends that are always there to give me a quick kick in the butt when I need it. Where would we be without friends? What would our life be like without them?

I know that my life would not be the same if I did not have the friends in my life that I have. I know that there are some people that I do not talk to for awhile and when I see them we pick right up where we left off! There are some friends that I talk to almost every day! There are some friends that I know when I talk to them my day will be changed. There are some friends I know that can make me laugh till I am in tears. Wow! I am blessed when I think about how God has moved in my life with each of my friendships!

I know that there are some people who do not experience the great joy of having the type of friendships that I have. I am thankful for each person that has impacted my life and that I can so graciously call my friend.

180 days...

I have decided to embark on the journey of completing my National Board Certification for Teaching! There have been moments when I thought....Holy Cow! What was I thinking? and there have been other days when I thought...OK...I can do this! I will be successful! So needless to say my mind has been a roller coaster and I realize that that will not be ending any time soon! :)

180 days...that is the exact number of how many days I have to accomplish this portfolio task. 180 DAYS....4,320 hours....259,200 minutes....6,220,800 seconds. I CAN DO THIS!!! I CAN DO THIS???
